Sew peaceful ... a room with a view
Anne has now moved back to Vancouver Island! The husband's retirement did not really happen after all. After a particularly long winter, and then many, MANY bugs, combined with a few other reasons such as a 55km each way trip just to collect fabric deliveries from the post office, Anne and her husband decided to move back to the island. Bugs aside, her son, daughter-in-law and new granddaughter live nearby. The new studio is up and running, and it is gorgeous! It also homes Anne's new 14ft Millie.

sew true!
"Methinks it is a token of healthy and gentle characteristics, when women of high thoughts and accomplishments love to sew; especially as they are never more at home with their own hearts than while so occupied."
Nathaniel Hawthorne, The Marble Faun, 1859
